This little restaurant has been serving up traditional New Mexican dishes for over 10 years now.
Over ten years ago, a few coworkers at the local restaurant Tomasita's decided to open their own restaurant. They found the perfect location in Pojoaque and set out to serve the freshest meals that are made in small batches to ensure freshness. They still uphold this philosophy to this day, and offer the freshest New Mexican favorites around.

They've grown to add more dishes from Mexico as well, adding a wide variety of options.
Besides enchiladas, tacos, and burritos, Sopaipilla Factory offers authentic Tampiquena style rib eye steak as well as traditional soups deriving from Mexico. There's always something new to try here.
After moving to Pojoaque, nearby Sikh community members embraced the restaurant and offered to help them provide more vegetarian options. Now, Sopaipilla Factory's expansive menu features an entire page of vegetarian dishes that even make carnivores mouths water.
