Our nation is full of diversity, and you can find many different kinds of cuisine throughout the country. While New Mexico doesn’t have a “Chinatown” or “Little Poland,” we still have plenty of different heritages throughout our wonderful state. This unassuming Polish deli in Albuquerque is home to many different authentic eats from eastern Europe and beyond, and once you visit this friendly deli, you’ll want to come back time and time again until you’ve tried everything on the menu.
Don't judge a book by its cover. Within an unassuming shopping center you'll find this Polish deli is serving up the best Polish cuisine in the state, and doing so with a friendly face.
If you've been to an authentic Polish deli before, walking through the doors of Red Rock will hit you with nostalgia. Owner Mark Toczek grew up in Poland, and now visits Chicago frequently to stock up on authentic items. Mark is a very hands-on owner.
Whether you're sitting down to eat, or ordering to go, it doesn't matter. Red Rock's menu is full of Polish sausages, Chicago-style hot dogs, pierogies, pyzy, and so much more.
The pierogies at Red Rock Deli are truly authentic, sauerkraut and all. In total, there are nine different pierogies to choose from, all with different stuffings, and wholly delicious.
Even if you don't know much about Polish cuisine, you'll fit right in if you love delicious food. This mix of Eastern European, German, Chicago-style, and Polish cuisine is as authentic as it gets.
