We all know that summers in the Land of Enchantment can get uncomfortably hot, but thankfully if you live near Las Cruces, there’s one park with a fun and gigantic relief. Metro Verde Park is home to a splash pad that’s perfect for kids of all ages, and it looks so inviting that even the adults will want to join in too. There’s no better way to cool down than to run around water fountains, sprays, and so much more. After you’ve had enough cool water, you can go play on the massive playground for some extra fun. As far as splash pads go in New Mexico, it doesn’t get any better than Metro Verde Splash Pad and Park in Las Cruces, right across from Monte Vista Elementary School.
Las Cruces might be somewhat small, but this splash pad is big! Have you ever been to Metro Verde Park? What did you think? We’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences in the comments!
