From the outside, this delicious cafe is a shaded canopy engulfed in magical trees, but once you get inside the atmosphere gets even better with authentic kiva fireplaces and a warm ambiance. Indigo Crow takes a unique twist on their green chile cheeseburger. Theirs is called the "Chef Hobo Burger" and instead of incorporating green chile as a topping, the bun is cooked with green chile and cheese. Then, a rich stew is put upon the juicy burger. This is truly an interesting take on one of our favorites.
