I'm an east coast girl living in a west coast world. I grew up in New England before moving to SoCal for several years. I then lived in NYC or a year before moving to AZ in 2009. I worked in the entertainment industry for many years of my adult life and have a deep love for photography, writing, and traveling around the U.S. as well as to far-flung locations around the world. Travel is my life and writing about it is a dream!
Family ties run deep at some of the most iconic restaurants throughout the Land of Enchantment. Rancho de Chimayó is no exception. As a historic family-owned restaurant in New Mexico, Rancho de Chimayó is an iconic eatery that offers exceptional service and cuisine.
Restaurante Rancho de Chimayó is a family-owned restaurant that was first opened in the mid-1960s by Arturo Jaramillo and his wife Florence. It is housed in a historic Jaramillo family home that was built in the 1800s.
The Jaramillo family still owns Rancho de Chimayó to this day.
