Here in the Land of Enchantment, we know our bakery. From biscochito to sopapillas and so much more, there’s an endless amount of baked goods in our state. This one bakery in Old Town Albuquerque has become one of our favorites, and arguably the best. Besides being a take-home bakery, this spot is also a restaurant where you can enjoy pizzas and sandwiches made on fresh baked goods. Be prepared to be blown away at this New Mexico bakery, and don’t forget to try the green chile bread!
You’ve never had a sandwich this good. All of their sandwiches are made on fresh baked bread, and their patio is the perfect atmosphere to have a drink and enjoy it all.
Golden Crown offers a wide selection of beer, wine, coffee, and tea.
Golden Crown does biscochito right! The state cookie of New Mexico can be found at this bakeshop, and you'll always get a free sample of these sweet treats.
Whether you’re looking to take home the best bakery in the southwest, or enjoy a meal in their quaint space, Golden Crown is a gem we’ve been loving for over 25 years, and we hope it stays in the neighborhood for many more.
