With so many dining choices in New Mexico, it’s easy to find a tasty meal, but finding one that’s locally-sourced and served in a charming atmosphere is a little harder to find. Here’s a farmhouse restaurant that focuses on creating dishes made with 100% organic food grown nearby.
The charming little town of Taos is home to around 5,600 people. It's a thriving community full of art and museums, and it's well-known for the adobe buildings called Taos Pueblos, a World Heritage Site.
