The Ponderosa Trail Loop is located in the Juan Tomas Open Space outside of Albuquerque. This is a beautiful hiking area in Bernalillo County.
This is a 3.6-mile loop that is considered easy, relatively flat, and well-maintained. It is an excellent place to escape into nature and enjoy some of New Mexico’s natural beauty.
