How many times do you go to an amazing restaurant, fill up on the main course, and then have no room for dessert? Those poor desserts with their creamy, chocolaty, decadent, delightfulness feel so lonely.
Something really needs to be done about this, don’t you think? Well, after we delight you with some of the best desserts in Albuquerque New Mexico, you might find yourself going to this restaurant ONLY for the desserts. (But we think the entire menu is to die for.)
M’tucci’s Twenty-Five has such an epic dessert selection you’ll be tempted to start with dessert first. We won’t tell, go right on and dig in!
M’tucci’s Twenty-Five is one of three M’tucci’s restaurants opened in New Mexico by Jeff Spiegel and Katie Gardner. Having dominated the New York City restaurant scene with 11 restaurants over a 23-year period, they took a seven-year siesta before setting fire to the Albuquerque foodie scene.
Executive pastry chef Brianna Dennis is responsible for the dangerous delights your tastebuds are craving. She started her M’tucci’s debut working only a few days a week, but when M’tucci’s Twenty-Five opened Jeff and Katie did some arm twisting until she agreed to join them full-time. We are so glad they did.
Dessert for breakfast? Why not. This first selection isn’t technically a dessert since it’s on the full-time brunch menu but come on - look at that amazing sourdough bread pudding french toast with those burst-in-your-mouth Amarena cherries, seasonal fruit, and crème anglaise
If you still have dreams about the creamy Twinkie goodness from your childhood, your tastebuds will rejoice at this upscale re-imagined Twinkie d'Italia. It's vanilla sponge cake dazzled and drizzled with candied pecans and caramel, lovingly rolled around white chocolate mousse like a sweet hug.
Do you have a fond memory involving strawberry shortcake? Watch out for this adult version as roasted strawberry sauce waterfalls over fluffy white cake infused with rosemary and rum. Mixed berries, Chantilly cream, and a tart kiwi surprise will make your tastebuds sing with new memories.
An Italian restaurant isn’t complete without tiramisu, but have you ever seen one like this? Marsala and 151 rum danced all day with ladyfingers and mascarpone mousse, then had an after-dinner aperitif with Lavazza espresso - this amazing tiramisu was the result.
This epic dessert is a fan favorite - Lemon Chantilly Cake. Beautiful lemon creme on a play date with a light lemon cake topped with big, bursting, blackberries, almond brittle dust, and blackberry sauce. Simple, yet delicious.
What do you get when you combine wine and chocolate? Um, heaven? Chef Brianna’s Chocolate Three Way Cake is devilishly delightful with chocolate mousse and devil’s food cake on a one-night stand with a Rosso sangria sauce.
You'll be left wondering if you need a main course ever again.
The Bougie Brownie is a dark chocolate stacked wonderland of house-made marshmallow, dulce de leche Chantilly creme, sprinkled with bite-sized bits of their house-made Toblerone chocolate, and accented with cherries soaked in Limoncello.

Can cocktails be desserts? We think so. And so do the mixologists at M’tucci’s Twenty-Five. You’ll be amazed at the way these artisans pair cocktails with food in their brunches and specialty dining events.
From fruity and fun to deep dark and chocolaty to hoppy and cidery, your adult beverage palate will be tested, tempted, and tantalized every time you visit M’tucci’s.
