That is not the case with this trail system right outside of Santa Fe. This easy trail in New Mexico is right outside of the city, and the easiest way to access the mountains right in your backyard. Once you take this simple hike in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, you’ll be feeling on top of the world with some of the most spectacular views of our state.
