This awesome diner is filled with quirky '50s decor and, despite just opening in February of 2019, is already a local favorite. Being a family-owned establishment, you'll feel like family as soon as you walk in the door.
While bacon is mostly known as a breakfast side dish, this diner serves up the addicting meat as a part of every meal. Bacon Jam serves breakfast all day as well as a hearty lunch menu.
A favorite appetizer is called "The Defibrillator" which is two thick pieces of bacon that are then deep fried and served with their signature bacon jam gravy.
Besides a killer breakfast, Bacon Jam has many New Mexican favorites that are infused with bacon flair. Their red and green chile sauces can stand up with any other in the state.
