There are a lot of ways to satisfy a craving in New Mexico. With some of the best eateries in the country, the choices can seem virtually endless. And what better way to expand those options even further than by visiting a buffet? This one is packed with flavor and offers a wonderful departure from the meals you might prepare over and over again in your own kitchen.
Just thinking about Curry Leaf Restaurant in Albuquerque has us imagining the smells of home-cooked Indian food.
If you've been to any region of the sub-continent there's a good chance this place will take you back to your time there.
First, when you think of all-you-can-eat restaurants, you might imagine the sort of place that's fast and casual, aiming to get people in and get people out - but that's not the case here.
Owner Narenda Kloty opened the restaurant in 2016 and the north and south Indian cuisine has been drawing people in for both lunch and dinner each and every day since.
Because Curry Leaf offers southern Indian cuisine alongside the northern food we typically see at Indian restaurants, quite a few of these dishes will satisfy even the spiciest New Mexico foodie.
