A lifelong Virginia resident, Beth loves exploring different parts of the world and currently resides in Charlottesville. She holds a degree in English Literature and one of her short stories has been featured in the Shenandoah Review. Other interests include hiking, songwriting, and spending time in the mountains.

For proof of this, head to Beach Haven on September 29th and 30th for the famous LBI Chowderfest Weekend. This year will mark the 30th annual celebration of food, festivities, and a thrilling chowder cook off hosted by the Southern Ocean Chamber of Commerce.

Tickets to the event begin at $30 for General Admission, $10 for Children’s Tickets (ages 4- 12) and $65 for the VIP tickets, which include early admission and a t-shirt.
