For a small state, New Jersey has one of the best train networks in the country. It’s in the middle of everything, and its busy commuters are always on the go! But at the Bound Brook station, you’ll find a lot more than the usual train depot vending machines and coffee shops. You’ll find Mama Rosina’s, a train station restaurant in New Jersey serving some of the best Italian food in the state. The train station is still fully functional, but much of the old building has been converted to a rustic restaurant with one of the most unique views in the Garden State. So the next time you’re heading out of Bound Brook, you may want to arrive an hour early – and indulge in a great meal!
