The Summit Diner is the oldest surviving diner in New Jersey. It dates back to 1929 and it has been a local favorite for decades. Housed in a former train car, it's a blast from the past with a retro interior. There are no actual menus (just a menu board), credit cards are not accepted, and everything (including baked goods) is made fresh daily. You won't find a website, but you will find a mix of Greek and American favorites, along with breakfast staples.
