No, not the legendary Jersey Shore beach town of Asbury Park, although there are plenty of reasons to go there during all months of the year. This is the tiny unincorporated community of Asbury, located in Franklin Township. It only has a population of 270 people, which means many people might just pass it by – but there are so many great things to do in Asbury, NJ! This little town has an amazing historic district, a coffee shop filled with excellent treats, and maybe the best cider house in all of the Garden State. We can’t think of a better place to celebrate the kickoff of the fall season!
