There are certain things that most everyone in the United States will know. Red means stop, green means go and you drive on the right side of the road, for example. There are other things, however, that only those of us in New Jersey know to be a fact. These truths help make New Jersey unique, here are 11 of them.

Phillies fans live along the Delaware, mostly in the southern part of the state. Northeast Jersey loves the Yankees. This has been scientifically proven. Where are the Mets fans? Scattered around.

Another dividing line within the state depends on what you call this sandwich. It's a sub in North Jersey, hoagie in the south.
