Visiting this Victorian-era shore resort is almost like taking a step into the past, so it's no surprise that they're packed with antiques. Visitors have a variety of options here including Antique Doorknob (specializing in restored building artifacts, Victorian lighting, building hardware from 1840-1910 and stained glass), Victorious (focusing on antique and estate jewelry) and Out of the Past Antiques (varied antique goodness). Cape May Antique Center is one of the most popular picks, open year-round and offering 80 different dealers.
The largest antique center in the town, Lafayette Mill Antique Center is open year-round and offers 55 quality dealers. There is a cafe on the premises, so you can easily spend a day here without ever needing to leave. Other options include Sweet Pea's Antiques (focused on furniture and decor, housed in a 2-story carriage house) and Cottage Charm (with vintage treasures for the home and garden).
Somerville Center Antiques bills itself as the largest antique center in New Jersey and it most definitely is a vintage wonderland. Encompassing multiple floors, you can find almost anything here - clothes, toys, games, furniture.... the list goes on. You never know what treasures you'll find in the town of Andover. The Andover Village provides a variety of antique shops including The 1868 House, The Carriage House, The Cottage, The White House and The Court Yard.
