1. Deep Cut Gardens, Middletown

As stated on the Monmouth County Parks System website, the 54 acres that make up Deep Cut Gardens are comprised of gardens and greenhouses, which "are planned as a living catalog of cultivated and native plant materials to be observed through the seasons." To put it simply, Deep Cut Gardens is a beautiful place, all year long. It's also often touted as one of the best - and most elusive - of all New Jersey gardens.
