This Jaw Dropping Place In New Jersey Will Blow You Away
From High Point to Cape May, New Jersey is packed with jaw dropping places. I searched the state for something truly unique, and discovered Mount Mitchill in Atlantic Highlands. At 266 feet, this is the highest natural point on the Eastern Seaboard, south of Maine. On a clear day, it offers panoramic views of Sandy Hook, Raritan Bay, and the New York skyline. The 12-acre park is also home to Monmouth County’s 9/11 memorial.
To fully appreciate the park’s beauty, you have to see it for yourself. However, this video by YouTube user djf7 is a great sampling of what you’ll see:
Have you been to this beautiful park? If you’d like to visit, Mount Mitchill is open daily from 7 a.m. to 8 – 9 p.m., depending on the season. What is your favorite jaw dropping place in New Jersey?
