New Jersey is quite the hot dog hot spot, serving up some of the best hot dogs in the country. We’re home to unique styles including the Italian hot dog (with peppers, onions, potatoes, and pizza bread) and the iconic Ripper (deep fried and delicious). We’ve also got some legendary dog joints (Dickie Dee’s, Maui’s Dog House, The Hot Grill, Jimmy Buff’s, Rutt’s Hut, Hiram’s…). Everyone has a favorite but today, we’re going to talk about the new(er) kid on the block…
Celebrating Lent? Try the Vegetarian Conquistadog or The Vegan Oscar, or sub the vegan Italian sausage on a dog of your choice! A fun time for any foodie, Destination Dogs is definitely worth a visit. You can find it at 101 Paterson Street, New Brunswick. You can check out the full menu here.
