Someone Flew A Drone High Above New Jersey And Captured The Most Breathtaking Footage
New Jersey is one of the best places in the nation to see fall foliage. While states like Vermont may be better known for their colorful show, the Garden State does not disappoint. From High Point to the Pine Barrens, we’re a sea of red, orange and yellow throughout the autumn season. Need proof? Check out the short video below, filmed at Sourland Mountain Preserve last October by djstev0.
The preserve is located in Hillsborough and offers a variety of trails within its over 3,000 acres. Native wildlife includes red fox, gray fox, deer, coyote, tanagers, wrens, and chickadees. Visit, if you can, for a hike. If pumpkin picking is more your thing, check out these patches in New Jersey.
While it may not feel like fall right now, the weather is set to cool down over the weekend. Autumn is just weeks away and we can’t wait. Though I am already looking forward to the shore, we have so many amazing activities to look forward to…corn mazes, apple picking, hay rides! What’s your favorite thing to do in New Jersey each fall? I’m big on just enjoying the leaves – peak color will be around October 19th.
