New Jersey is home to some of the best bagels in the world. If you live here, you already know this. It’s no surprise to us that Garden State bagels are often featured on national lists. There are so many amazing places to get a good bagel, from Wonder Bagels in Jersey City to Bagel University in Vineland! Wherever you are, you’re not far from a delicious bagel in New Jersey. Today, we’re focusing on a shop that offers more than delicious bagels…they offer out-of-this-world overstuffed bagels and some pretty epic cream cheese flavors. Lucky for us, they have two locations – one in Princeton and one in Freehold. They also ship their bagels across the US!
The Bagel Nook is fairly new to the New Jersey dining scene with its original location opening just a few years back.
Think pumpernickel, plain, sesame, whole wheat, egg, and rye, for starters. These delicious bagels are the perfect base for pork roll, egg, and cheese...and nearly any other sandwich you can imagine.

They've also got unique flavors like Fruity Pebbles and French toast.
These stuffed-to-the-max bagels come in a variety of mouthwatering flavors including the Coco Puff Overload (A Cocoa Puff bagel with Nutella cream cheese on both sides and freshly sliced bananas in the middle.) and the Crumb Cake Overload (A French toast bagel with crumb cake cream cheese on both sides and a piece of crumb cake in the middle.)!!!
They're always coming up with creative new options and limited editions.
Have you been to The Bagel Nook before? Would you agree that they’ve got some of the best bagels in New Jersey? What’s your favorite bagel? Let us know! If you haven’t been, you can check out the full dining menu here.
