Flower lovers, mark your calendars! Reeves-Reed Arboretum in Summit is an incredible place to visit all year long but we absolutely love it in the spring. One of the best times to visit is on Daffodil Day! This year, it will be held on April 26th.
On Discovery Saturdays (in warmer months), you can rent a backpack for a more immersive adventure! Each week, discover a new plant, animal or environmental topic through experiments, stories, games, and crafts. Backpacks will have binoculars, a magnifying glass, field guides, and everything you need to explore.
There are also a variety of programs for both kids and adults. You’ll find classes, family hikes, lectures, gardening workshops, and more. The arboretum is a must-visit for all gardening and nature lovers!
