This gorgeous island is a lot more peaceful than many Jersey Shore beaches. Sunbathe, swim, and explore the island in relative quiet.
2. Morey's Piers & Beachfront Water Parks

Wildwood in general is a summer hotspot, but we love the water park here - children can splash around while you enjoy drifting down the lazy river.
3. Highlands Natural Pool

Located in Ringwood, this is such a unique and interesting place to cool off. This natural swimming pool is formed by streams and surrounded by trees.
4. Mount Tammany

Looking to get some movement while you're outdoors? We recommend one of the prettiest hikes in all of New Jersey: getting to the top of Mount Tammany, so you can see the Delaware Water Gap in all its glory.
