It will start in Suffern, NY, at Fink’s BBQ and Cheesesteak Roadhouse but will then travel to top barbecue spots in North Jersey. Interested?

The tour starts at Fink's in Suffern, just a stone's throw from the New Jersey border. You'll enjoy samples of Fink's fabulous barbecue, and get your drink tickets. Their pit is fed with oak and apple woods to give their BBQ a flavorful, balanced smokiness.

The event begins at 11 a.m. on Sunday, October 20th, and should last about 4 hours. Children aged 12 and up are welcome. Tickets are $110. If that's not in your budget right now, consider heading to Fink's BBQ Smokehouse in Dumont for a fantastic meal.

Dave Finkelstein is a New Jersey BBQ legend. In addition to the mouthwatering meats, he and his sous chef Bob Gant make nearly everything in house including the sauces, rubs, salad dressings, sides, and desserts.
