If you’re a frequent reader of Only In New Jersey, you may already know that I enjoy antiquing. To me, it’s like treasure hunting – you never know what unique parts of the past that you’ll find. I’m a big fan of vintage furniture, photography, typewriters, and collectibles. Others enjoy jewelry, sports memorabilia, clothing, and art. Whatever you’re looking for, you can find it in the Garden State. In the past, I’ve covered the best New Jersey towns for antiquing. You can check that out by clicking here. Today, I’ll be talking about a recent discovery…Antique Alley.
Antique Alley is a 7-mile stretch of Route 9 in Cape May County that's home to nearly a dozen amazing antique shops. It makes for a lovely drive!
This shop may seem shabby from the outside, but inside is an antique wonderland. You'll find over two dozen dealers with plenty of nautical-themed goodies for your shore house. (We can dream!) The shop also offers musical instruments, reasonably priced furniture, and home decor items.
