There are a lot of things we’re willing to indulge in. Long walks on the beach, hikes when we should probably be working and dessert. And of all of those things it’s the dessert indulgence that has us most excited. If you agree and you’re looking for more ways to treat yourself to something tasty, we have the perfect spot! Check out this bakery which has been a local favorite since the day they opened.
Polish Princess Bakery in Lancaster is the type of place you visit when you're in need of something a little bit comforting, a little bit sweet and A LOT delicious. We think it's one of the best bakeries in the state and a whole bunch of New Hampshirites certainly agree with us.
The physical space has been around since 2015, but owner Magdalena Randall really got her start in 2008 when she baked nearly 20 loaves of bread to bring to a local farmer's market. With no real idea of how her baking would be received she took a chance that worked out. Every single loaf sold out and a business idea came together.
While it's nearly impossible to resist the desserts, the breads here are unbeatable. All baked from scratch using the best ingredients and Randall's recipe, these are a great addition to any household.
The Polish Princess Bakery is open Wednesday through Sunday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. You can learn more about them and see what they offer by visiting their website. And don’t forget to follow them on Facebook! They can be reached on 603-788-8222.
