When we’ve had a hard day at work, imagining ourselves enjoying the peace and quiet of a secluded cabin is enough to make things better. The only problem is that most of the time our imaginations dream up a place that’s probably just slightly out of budget. That could be why we spend so much time searching for places we can spend a night or two without forking over tons of money. That’s how we found this secluded beauty and we can’t wait to book a stay!
If there's as place more beautiful than the forest of New Hampshire, we'd like to see it! Out here, life is peaceful, calm and full of beauty.
The cabin has three rooms including one cozy bedroom, along with a kitchen and outdoor compost toilet and a shower tent with a rechargeable water pump and propane water heater.
To reach your secluded cabin you'll need to take a hiking trail that's about 330 feet long. It's not a hard hike, but there are some rocks so it's best to avoid this rental if mobility is a challenge.
The living area has a wood-burning stove to keep things nice a cozy when it's chilly outside. The cabin also comes equipped with books and games so you'll always have something to do either inside or out.
Waking up here is a dream. With a view of lush greenery in the spring and summer, followed by an array of colors during the fall you can't ask for a more beautiful view right from bed.
And the view out of bed is pretty great too! Spend some time sitting in the hammock and take in the private view of the Presidential Range including Mt. Madison, Mt. Adams and Mt. Jefferson.
This is one super-special cabin and we can't wait to book a night. Or three!
The Caste View Cabin Private Mountain Retreat is available to rent throughout from May through October so you’ll need to book fast to make sure you get the days you want. The cost is about $89 per night, but this may change depending on the season. To learn more about the cabin and check for availability, check out this listing on Airbnb.
