New Hampshire’s North Country is a wild and beautiful place. It seems set apart from the busier sections of the state to the south, but that’s precisely part of its appeal. Hikers that trek in New Hampshire are no doubt familiar with the White Mountains, but a whole new world of outdoor exploration awaits “north of the notches.” North Percy Peak, one of the most scenic hikes in New Hampshire, lies within Nash Stream Forest. It’s here that you’ll find a rugged adventure and spectacular views.

The Percy Peaks (R) are a pair of conical summits that are prominent landmarks visible from many areas in the towns of Groveton and Stark. Only North Percy is accessible by official hiking trails.
