New Hampshirites are no stranger to frighteningly dramatic winter weather. After all, we do have the mountain where the coldest temps on record have been recorded. Most winters here bring snow, rain, ice and chilly temps and some of us have come to appreciate that. It means lots of fun outdoor winter activities. But despite knowing what to expect, we always enjoy waiting for the Farmers’ Almanac to release their forecast and this year, it’s a doozy. Get ready for a wild ride!
To check the full extended forecast predictions, visit the Farmers’ Almanac website here.
This unpredictable winter weather will make you want to appreciate the days when temperatures are warmer. On one of those, consider getting outside to take this beautiful 3.5-mile walk around one of the state’s most lovely lakes.
