There are plenty of great diners and breakfast spots in New Hampshire – and tons of them sell great pancakes with all kinds of toppings. But getting to make you’re own? That’s pretty darn unique. At one spot in Meredith you’ll have a breakfast experience like you’ve never had.
Griddle in the Middle is one of the quirkiest restaurants you've ever been to, and you'll see that as soon as you arrive.
Walk in and you'll notice that each table has a metal griddle in the middle (as the name suggests!) You'll use the griddle to cook your own pancakes and omelettes.
If the pancakes aren't enough to bring you in, you can also get the most amazing frappes here, loaded to the brim with candy. Who could pass one of these up? There are also plenty of other menu options that are made in the kitchen.
You can find Griddle in the Middle at 56 Daniel Webster Hwy, Meredith, New Hampshire. Until Bike Week, they’re only open on the weekends, but starting at Memorial Day hours will be expanded to include lunch and dinner.
