There’s nothing better than having fun with friends and family! Lucky for us in a place like New Hampshire it’s easy to find a place to do it. Whether you love outdoor hikes, swimming or enjoying cultural things like theater or movies, there’s always something to plan. Lately we’re all about places that offer lots of different ways to have fun. And bonus points it it’s outside! If you feel the same way, head to this fun park with tons of different attractions all wrapped into one.
Mel's Funway Park in Litchfield has been the spot for family and friends to come together for good times for as long as we can remember.
From April through October the park offers the chance to enjoy a variety of activities at one place. It's a bit like an amusement park, except rather than things like roller coasters, they offer activities you'd otherwise have to spend an entire weekend doing at multiple locations.
Mel's also has two different laser activities. Laser tag is a fun way to get competitive with friends and the laser maze will test your critical thinking. All in a fun way, of course! These attractions make for a great way to visit on a rainy day.
There's a good chance that all this fun will help you work up an actual appetite. When that happens be sure to head to the Day of the Dead Taqueria for food that the WMUR viewer's poll voted the best in 2021!
Mel's Funway Park is one of those places that make us love New Hampshire even more than we already do. The next time you need a plan for a day of fun with family and friends, make sure this spot is it!
Mel’s Funway Park is open Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Visitors can choose the activities they’d like to enjoy one-by-one or purchase the Funway Fun Park which allows for access to all attractions for $35. You can learn more about all the fun attractions to enjoy by checking out their website or following them on Facebook. The park can be reached on 603-424-2292.
