When summer rolls around there’s nothing like taking a cool, refreshing dip in a local body of water. For some of us, that’s the beach. For others it’s one of the many lakes and rivers that exist throughout the state. But, one of our favorite ways to enjoy the great summer outdoors in New Hampshire is by jumping into an old swimming hole. Most of these have been around for so long that we’ve heard stories of our parents jumping in. For that reason, visiting this one is one part fun and one part appreciating our heritage!
