You could say that Fody's in Nashua, the original, got its start all the way back in 1833 when the building it resides in was built. In fact, the restaurant is in the oldest building in the city!

In 1901 the building was moved across the street, which required horses and steel chains. It was turned into an upscale hotel and restaurant and the tavern officially got its start!
