The Library Restaurant is located at 401 State St., Portsmouth, New Hampshire. They’re open Monday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Friday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m, Saturday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. and on Sunday from 2 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Check them out via their website or Facebook.
