Some say quilting is one of the most relaxing, yet rewarding, pastimes that exists. Maybe it’s the creativity that goes into planning your pattern or the excitement of finishing your piece and gifting it to friends. Whatever your motivation and whether you’re a beginner or already selling your creations to others, you’ll want to visit this impressive quilt shop in New Hampshire.
Keepsake Quilting has become a household name in the quilting community across the nation.
But it didn't start out as a store! It began as a catalog created in 1986 by Judy and Russ Sabanek. It was met with so much excitement that the store was created in Center Harbor the very next year.
It was owned and run by the Sabanek family until 2000. In 2018, the store was purchased by the North Carolina-based Kimelman family and all operations run out of New Hampshire.
