There are a lot of ways to see New Hampshire. From road trips, to summit hikes, to simple walks out your own front door, this state has so much to offer in the way of beauty. But, one of our favorite ways to take it all in is from way up high. Sure you can hike a mountain and bag that peak, but that requires at least a day. We’re all for the workout, but sometimes you just want to relax and achieve some peace. That’s why this hot air balloon ride is high on our list of things to do in every season.
High 5 Ballooning can be reached every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Flights take place seasonally from April 15th to November 15th. You can learn more about the experience on their website. Or, check out their photos and keep up to date on what they offer by following them on Facebook. If you have questions you can give them a call on 603-893-9643. Rides are $200 per trip and are guaranteed to be the least expensive of any comparable hot air balloon ride in New England! Address: 4 Joseph Street, Derry, NH 03038.
Remember when we told you how many ways there are to enjoy the scenery of New Hampshire? Here’s one more! Take an easy hike along this boardwalk trail to get up-close to some of the state’s nicest views.
