We know, we know. We’ve been blabbering on about the soon-to-be-here fall season and all signs point to us continuing to do so. How can we stop when every day there are more signs of the coziest season? A little breeze here, an orange leaf there —autumn is coming and we couldn’t be more thrilled. While we like the fall foliage, let’s be honest: the real reason we’re excited is the excuse to eat apple cider donuts every day. There are lots of places to find them in the Granite State, but the best cider donuts in New Hampshire can be found at this farm in Loudon.
Meadow Ledge Farm in Loudon has been supplying the folks of New Hampshire with the best fall foods since 1974.
If your idea of adventure isn't walking through apple orchards, you can also head straight to the country store and pick them from a bin. Just like the real thing!
Depending on the time of year, Meadow Ledge also offers fresh cider, peaches, pumpkins, maple products, mums, cornstalks, fudge, honey and jelly, smoked cheese and bacon, baked goods, fresh pies, fruits, and veggies.
Meadow Ledge Farm is located at 612 NH-129, Loudon, New Hampshire. You can call them at (603) 798-5860. They’re open every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with the exception of Sunday when they close at 5 p.m. Visit their website to learn more and follow them on Facebook to keep up to date with what’s available.
