It’s fall in New Hampshire and that means cozy days, all things apple, and plenty of pumpkin spice. It also means some of the most beautiful views anywhere in New England. With so much forested land, it’s hard to miss that the foliage here is incredible, which makes it even easier to want to celebrate this special season. A great way to do it is by attending one of these fun fall weekends.
Applecrest Farm in Hampton Falls is a fantastic place to visit year-round. But fall is truly the best!
It's not surprising that this farm is so fantastic when you consider that it's the oldest in the state! They've certainly had enough time to learn how to operate.
These weekend fall festivals take place on Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. from September through the end of October and offer fun for all ages, from kids to adults.
After that you can move on to the events and attractions, which might include things like live music, pie-eating contests, tractor rides, and visiting with the animals.
These festivals are unfussy and easy to attend since they take place each weekend. You'll also find free parking, which just about ensures that this is a stress-free way to enjoy time with the family.
And if you can't make it for one of these festivals, be sure to stop in any time for a visit to their farm stand. It can't be missed if you love fresh produce and homemade treats.
The Applecrest Farm Fall Harvest Festivals take place from the end of summer through October. Each weekend offers something new, so you’ll want to check out the schedule ahead of time on their website to plan your visit. You can also visit them on Facebook. The farm can be reached on 603-26-3721.
