Getting outside is one of the most important things you can do for your health and your mind. Fresh air, trees and breezes are all great for the soul. Luckily in New Hampshire there are tons of ways to take advantage of all of this. If you’re new to spending time outdoors, you might want to start with some simpler hikes that lead to great views. This is a great option for that!
The hike to Sabbaday Falls is best accessed between the late spring and fall. Things can get slippery and dangerous in the early spring and winter. For more information, check out alltrails.com.
