In my younger days, I was more of a beer drinker but I also did enjoy a good glass of wine from time to time. Living near a local winery was an introduction to how the art of independent wine-making differed so drastically from the bigger mass-produced varieties. The care and time it took to make each wine just right was clearly evident in each glass. We are fortunate to have lots of wineries in the Granite State, and one winery in New Hampshire is unique for a few reasons.
