When it comes to shopping, we appreciate just about anyplace with a cash register and merchandise to buy. Add in local flavor and the ability to support our neighbors and you’ve got the perfect afternoon planned for us! Throughout the state there are lots of options depending on what you’re looking for, but if you’re not sure what you want there’s only one place you need to go. The biggest flea market in New Hampshire is in Salem and has been around for over 40 years. Plus, it runs all year!
The Salem Flea Market runs throughout the year, both indoors and outdoors. They’re typically open every Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. outdoors and 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. indoors. If you’d like to be a vendor the cost is $30 for an outdoor space. Indoor space requires a reservation in advance. It’s best to check their website and Facebook page for current hours of operation and more information on how to become a vendor. The flea market can be reached on 603-893-8888.
