New Hampshire’s coastline is just 13 miles, making it the shortest of all the 23 states that sit along the ocean. But despite our small Atlantic facing waterfront, we’ve still got plenty of ways to enjoy the sea. There’s the beach and all the fun that comes along with it, but we love the dining options the most. Of all the restaurants in the state, the seafood spots along the coast are some of the best. If you’d like to check them out, start with this list of places that goes in order from south to north.
This spot is a favorite amongst people looking for a great deal along with some great food. They're known for their incredible lobster roll deal and if you're a New Englander you know these things don't come cheap. This one is large, delicious and at under $10 the price just can't be beat! Check them out on Facebook.
This spot in Seabrook just feels like the perfect coastal spot for some great, casual seafood. People rave about the great price on lobsters. The menu is large and the place is casual and laid back making it great for families. Plan a visit, but get excited by checking out their website here.
Nothing says seafood and summer in New Hampshire quite like a plate of lobster and fresh-as-can-be corn. But if the food isn't enough to draw you in, consider that this local favorite sits right on the water, which means great food and great views. We can feel the breeze already! Check them out on their website.
While the name of this spot includes the word "pub," this place is so much more than a place to grab a drink. Sitting directly on Seabrook Harbor, the views are great and the breeze is unbeatable. The food ranges from things like lobster rolls to beautifully prepared entrees of fish and you better believe this is one of the first places we'll be on a hot day! Check out their website and menu here.
We know that Bernie's Beach Bar is a bit of an...acquired taste. But if music and fun are your idea of the perfect restaurant this is the spot for you. Bernie's boasts the state's largest outdoor deck, which provides great views and plenty of room for fun! Check out more on their website.
6. Sea Ketch Restaurant and Outdoor Decks, Hampton Beach
This is another perfectly located restaurant. Of course, all of the spots on this list are pretty great when it comes to salty air and view! We love Sea Ketch in part because of its name, but also because the seafood dishes here feel unique. You can order the typical beachfront fare, as well as more unique entrees like this seafood fra diavolo. You can learn more and see their menu by checking out their website.
This is one of the smaller spots on this list, but it's also one of the most lively! Stop in for casual meals like seafood and clams, fresh or fried. We love that things here are casual and unfussy, perfect for a meal after a long day at the beach. Visit them on Facebook to see more.
