New Hampshire has more than its fair share of antiques – after all, as one of the oldest states in the nation, Granite State families have had plenty of time to collect treasures. You’ve heard of Antique Alley and hit up all of the shops on that magic route, but have you been to this one epic antique barn in Northumberland? It’s an absolute goldmine.
Potato Barn Antiques is located in – as the name suggests – an old potato storage barn, built in 1929. The antique store has been in operation since 1989, and the owners have definitely mastered the art of collecting in that time.
This place is deceptively massive – around 7,500 square feet on two floors. Somehow, there seem to be more nooks and crannies filled with treasure than you would think is physically possible.
You'll find tons of New Hampshire ephemera here – if you're looking for the perfect Granite State touch for your home, this is a great place to find it.
They have a huge vinyl collection too, with over 500 records to choose from!
They have an entire Boutique Room filled with vintage fashion dating from the 1800s to the 1960s – you'll find the most remarkable pieces here.
And don't worry – there are plenty of gorgeous accessories here to go with your new vintage duds. Men, don't despair – there are tons of vintage tools on offer here as well.
You truly never know what kind of treasures you'll find here!
