And when hunger strikes, we’re also lucky to have some of the best restaurants in New England. While the food is why we go out to eat, it doesn’t hurt when the views are top-notch. Part of the White Mountains Hotel and Resort, The Ledges Restaurant has been providing both views and delectable meals for years. This European-inspired small-batch brewery is great for stopping in or a few beers. But, you'll definitely end up staying for a while for the food and the views of the Ammonoosuc River.
