Have you ever waited to enjoy a meal for so long that you feel as though you could eat everything on your plate and the food that another table ordered? That’s us just about any time we go out to eat. And it’s the reason we love visiting one of our favorite spots in Manchester. That Canadian delicacy we go crazy for here in New England is served in massive quantities and we’re extremely grateful it exists.
Welcome to Chez Vachon in Manchester. From the outside things might look simple and small, but on the inside things are huge!
Let's start with the simplicity of the set-up. Booths and tables are arranged with plenty of space to enjoy your meal safely. And we love how un-fussy things feel.
The only thing we love more is the food! This place operates a lot like a diner, offering great dishes ranging from eggs to sandwiches. But can you spot the poutine in this photo?
We also love the varieties the dish comes in. They each have the traditional fries, gravy, and cheese curds, but you can also order a breakfast-focused version with eggs or one with protein like chicken for lunch.
And since we're sure you'll be going back again and again for poutine, you might want to branch out occasionally. That's why we love that their menu is huge and includes things like crepes.
Chez Vachon is open every day from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. To stay current on all menu changes and schedule changes follow them on Facebook. They can be reached on 603-625-9660.
