There’s an amazing event taking place in our state in the upcoming months and you’ll want to be sure not to miss it. After all, we can’t think of a better way to spend Nevada Day weekend than by immersing ourselves in the beauty of a hot air balloon glow! Spend four entire fun-filled days at this festival in which a myriad of hot air balloons will light up the night. This is an event that is bound to thrill both young and old and it’ll be one family outing that you never forget.
Nevada Day weekend is going to be extra exciting this year. The first ever Las Vegas Balloon Glow is scheduled to take place during it, and it's an event you'll want to be sure to attend.
The balloon glow was actually scheduled to take place back in May. However, they had to reschedule the event due to forecasted high winds. Instead, the event will take place October 24-27, 2019.
The first Las Vegas Balloon Glow will be hosted at Craig Ranch Regional Park in North Las Vegas. Featuring food vendors, retail vendors, and activities for the kiddos, it's bound to become an awesome outing that the whole family can enjoy.
Tickets to this magical event start at $20 per person and include a tethered balloon ride. Upgraded tickets will also give you access to a special seating area for viewing the night glow, and even a champagne toast upon arrival.
Make it a night you and your loved one will really remember when you purchase a ticket for a private couple ride. This ticket allows two guests to enjoy their very own hot air balloon for a few minutes. With the Las Vegas skyline in the distance, it's definitely a ride you and your partner will treasure for years to come.
The night glow is scheduled to take place at 8:00 p.m., and it promises to be a fantastic sight. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the view of dozens of hot air balloons lighting up the night sky!
This may be the first year for the Las Vegas Balloon Glow, but we can already see this becoming a treasured tradition for Nevada families. The fact that it takes place during our favorite time of year—Nevada Day weekend—is just the cherry on top!
