With a translation meaning “The Little Bull,'' El Torito Cafe’s flavorful Mexican menu comes at the tastebuds full force! The restaurant is located off of the Boulder Highway in the southern region of Henderson.
Opening its doors in 1975, El Torito Cafe is the oldest Mexican restaurant in Nevada and a staple of Henderson, Nevada.
Current owner, Gia Colletti, said that it was the dream of her grandparents to open a Mexican restaurant in the valley. Her dream came true! Diners have since raved about the menu and friendly ambiance, enjoying mouth-watering recipes passed down through three generations.
The restaurant is currently run by Colletti and her mother.
El Torito Cafe offers an inviting atmosphere with colorful Mexican and Southwestern motifs. Hispanic culture and love of family can be felt throughout the establishment, from the owners to staff and satisfied guests.
