When you've got an appetite that just won't quit, head on over to one of the three Omelet House locations across the Las Vegas Valley. Known for their hearty portions, you'll definitely leave satisfied. Oh, and one location even boasts a food challenge for the extra, extra hungry!
The Omelet House's original location can be found on Charleston Boulevard and Rancho Drive. It first opened 40 years ago, and it's made a name for itself and its vast array of omelets ever since.
As you'd expect, the omelets are the restaurant's most popular dish. Boasting nearly 40 varieties to choose from, there's an omelet for everyone on the menu—no matter what you're in the mood for. Oh, and they are absolutely gigantic, so be sure to come prepared.
Besides the omelets, the Eggs Benedict are the next most popular dish. Created with two beautifully basted medium eggs, it's evident this restaurant knows how to cook an egg! The Benedict comes with either spinach and mushrooms, lobster and avocado, or sausage and gravy.
And for those with the biggest appetites of all, the Monster Burger or Monster Omelet challenge is a must. Offered at the Henderson location, you can choose to either indulge in a 12-egg omelet or a gigantic 3-pound burger (with all the fixings), plus a generous portion of potato spuds or French fries.
If you finish the meal in one sitting, you'll get the meal for free. You'll even receive a free t-shirt and your picture on the Wall of Fame for good measure. Just be warned, this challenge is not for the faint of heart!
The Omelet House became famous for its giant portions and homey atmosphere, but the Monster Burger and Omelet take it to a whole other level. Drop on by the Henderson location if you think you have what it takes to devour this meal fit for a giant.
